London, 25 September 2026. Parikiaki is celebrating 52 years of serving the UK’s Greek and Cypriot communities, marking the milestone just days after the launch of Pi Media Group and its new news brand, Pi News.
Established in 1974, Parikiaki has spent more than five decades reporting on the people, events and issues that matter to its readers. Through its newspaper and digital channels, it has helped generations stay connected to their community, culture and heritage.
That commitment continues through Pi News, powered by Parikiaki. The new brand builds on Parikiaki’s editorial legacy while creating more ways for readers to access news and stories from the UK, Cyprus, Greece and beyond.
Pi News is part of the newly launched Pi Media Group, which brings together Pi News, Pi Print, Pi Trade and CWF Events. The group creates a home for its journalism, publishing, commercial work and events as it looks to the future.
Today’s anniversary is an opportunity to recognise the contributors, staff, advertisers and readers who have supported Parikiaki throughout its history.
From everyone at Pi Media Group, thank you for being part of the story.
