Queueing traffic due to temporary traffic lights, emergency repairs and burst water main on A109 Bounds Green Road both ways between A406 North Circular Road and Ring Way. Originally closed and underwater all through Monday afternoon and early evening. Reopened overnight, but only one lane taking turns.
