Two incoming flights to Larnaca Airport were diverted to Paphos on Friday morning as dense fog blanketed the south coast of the island.
Two flights were diverted to Paphos on Friday morning. The first – a Russian airliner that was scheduled to land at 7.30am – had been circulating the airport in Larnaca for half-an-hour before finally getting clearance to land in Paphos.
Another flight was also diverted to Paphos a short time later.
The fog has since cleared up
