Low cost Blue Air announced today the launch of flights from Cyprus to the Greek airports of Athens and Thessaloniki.
The Romanian company`s officials told a press conference in Nicosia that the company will begin as of the 19th of January return flights to Athens and Thessaloniki from the Larnaka International Airport.
In particular, Blue Air will fly daily to Athens and three times a week to Thessaloniki (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday). It was also said that flights to Athens will be increased to eleven during the summer season.
The company said it will continue its existing flights from Larnaka to Bucharest (three times a week) while it envisages to expand its operations to other destinations.
