A house on Aberdeen Road in Upper Edmonton was damaged by fire on Saturday evening.
The first floor was badly damaged and the roof was partly damaged by the blaze.
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers from Edmonton, Tottenham and Walthamstow fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 2133 and the fire was under control at 2217.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
