† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT
Simon Symeou (from Lοndon)
Ιt is with great sadness that we announce the death of popular Simon Symeou on Saturday, 04.04.2020, at the age of 64. He leaves behind his beloved wife Donna, his son Michael and Siblings: Sophie, Mario, Haroulla and Andros. The cause of death is coronavirus.
Simon was born in London on the 1st of July 1955 the son of Michael and Helen Symeou who were from the Cyprus villages of Anaphotia and Morphou respectively. Simon was the oldest of five two sisters and two brothers Sophia, Mario, Haroulla and Andrew.
He attended Challoner School and then Barnet College and then went onto work in the family business Sister fashions who were well known in our community as major dress manufacturers.
‘Simon enjoyed spending time with his wife and his son Michael. He thoroughly enjoyed family gatherings and watching his team Chelsea play. His hobbies included paintball and war enactment.’ The funeral will be held on 1st may 2020 unfortunately due to the current climate the funeral will be attended by the immediate family only.
ΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΘΑΝΑΤΟΥ – ΚΗΔΕΙΑ Σίμος Συμεού (από τo Λoνδίνο) Με μεγάλη θλίψη αναγγέλλουμε το θάνατο του αγαπημένου μας, Σίμου Συμεού το Σάββατο 4 Απριλίου σε ηλικία 64 χρονών, λόγω της πανδημίας του κορωνοϊού. Αφήνει πίσω την πολυαγαπημένη του σύζυγο, Ντόνα, το γιο του Mιχάλη, Αδέλφια: Σοφία, Μάριο, Χαρούλλα, Άντρο. Ο Σίμος ήταν καλός οικογενειάρχης που απολάμβανε την συντροφιά της συζύγου του Ντόνα και του γιου του Μιχαλάκη. Είχε πολύ καλές σχέσεις με τα αδέλφια του και απολάμβανε όλες τις οικογενειακές συγκεντρώσεις. Του άρεσε να βλέπει την αγαπημένη του ομάδα Chelsea, να παίζει ποδόσφαιρο και εκτός από αυτά τα χόμπι του ήταν, το paintball και τα παιχνίδια πολεμικών αναπαραστάσεων. Η κηδεία του θα γίνει την Παρασκευή 1 Μαΐου 2020. Λόγω της τρέχουσας κατάστασης της πανδημίας του κορωνοϊού, μόνο οι στενοί συγγενείς του εκλιπών θα μπορέσουν να παρακολουθήσουν την νεκρώσιμο ακολουθία στην εκκλησία και στο κοιμητήριο.
