Police in Paphos are investigating the stabbing of a Bulgarian woman in the village of Trachypelouda. The 53 year old victim suffered two stab wounds near her lungs.
The woman, who was living to a Cypriot from the area, has been taken to Paphos hospital where her condition is described as serious but out of danger. A 57 year old man who was living with the victim has been arrested.
