Cyprus Department of Meteorology issued a yellow warning for high wind.
The warning is valid from 16:00 local time on Thursday till 4:00 on Friday.
“North-westerly winds force 8 Beaufort will be affecting mainly the western and northern coastal areas of the Island”, says the warning.
