We’ve crafted a menu that honours traditional cooking methods and showcases great Cypriot cuisine using only the finest produce. Our spectacular open kitchen features state-of-the-art charcoal grills, serving up premium cuts of meat, special fish dishes, and other unforgettable plates.

Apollo at the Brunswick also offers beautifully designed private dining spaces, perfect for intimate gatherings, business lunches, or special events. The myth of Apollo – god of music, poetry, truth, prophecy, and light – is woven into the very fabric of our space, with statues, paintings, and a Mediterranean aesthetic throughout.
Two exclusive private rooms with screen and TV facilities are available for presentations or viewings, each accommodating up to 18 guests. The entire venue is available for hire for larger functions – including weddings, engagements, and christenings – seating up to 140 guests.
