Officers investigating an incident in which a man touched himself inappropriately on a District Line train have released an image of a man they’d like to speak to.
At around 8.20pm on Wednesday 26 November a woman got on an eastbound train from Barons Court and sat down when a man approached and stood over her, causing her to feel uncomfortable.
The man then sat down nearby and began to touch himself inappropriately over his clothing while looking at her before they both left the train at Victoria.
Officers believe the man in the image could have information that may assist their enquiries.
