British Transport Police (BTP) detectives have charged a man in connection to an incident on board a Bakerloo Line train on Saturday 11 July.
Vincent Saxon, 54 (17.06.72), and of no fixed address, has been charged with Attempted Rape.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today (16 July).
