Leaders Felixstowe and Walton United saw their unbeaten home record depart when they lost to Grays Athletic in midweek, but they held onto top spot by one point and hoped to at least maintain that record this weekend, as Haringey Borough made the trip. The sides had already met twice this season, in League and Trophy, United winning both matches, scoring five goals and conceding none, and they delivered another clean sheet- but they fired blanks at the other end, a goalless draw the outcome. That left them two points clear at the top- but third place Brentwood are only a point further back, have a game in hand, and an identical goal difference.
