† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT – FUNERAL
Helen Efstathiou

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Helen Efstathiou, aged 86, on Saturday 12th September 2026.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Andreas Efstathiou, two sons, one daughter, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who will miss her dearly. She will also be sadly missed by her beloved sisters, as well as all her relatives and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 1st October 2026, at 12noon at St Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church, Friern Barnet Lane, London N20 0NL. Following the service, the burial will take place at New Southgate Cemetery & Crematorium, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JJ. After the burial, family and friends are warmly invited to join us for the wake at the Greek Cypriot Brotherhood, 2 Britannia Road, North Finchley, London N12 9RU. The family would like to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their love, support and kindness during this difficult time, and for joining us to honour and remember our beloved mother Helen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated, should you wish to do so.

Ελένη Ευσταθίου

Με βαθιά θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε την απώλεια της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας, Ελένης Ευσταθίου, σε ηλικία 86 ετών, το Σάββατο 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026.
Καταλείπει τον στοργικό της σύζυγο, Ανδρέα Ευσταθίου, δύο γιους, μία κόρη έξι εγγόνια και δύο δισέγγονα, που θα τη θυμούνται με αγάπη και νοσταλγία.
Τη θλίψη για την απώλειά της μοιράζονται επίσης οι γαπημένες της αδελφές, καθώς και όλοι οι συγγενείς και φίλοι της.
Η κηδεία θα γίνει την Πέμπτη 1η Οκτωβρίου 2026, στις 12μμ από τον Καθεδρικό Ναό της Αγίας Αικατερίνης, Friern Barnet Lane, N20 0NL.
Θα ακολουθήσει η ταφή στο κοιμητήριο New Southgate Cemetery Brunswick Park Road, N11 1JJ. Μετά την ταφή, προσκαλούμε θερμά συγγενείς και φίλους στη δεξίωση που θα ακολουθήσει στο GreekCypriot Brotherhood, 2 Britannia Road, North Finchley, N12 9RU. Η οικογένεια επιθυμεί να ευχαριστήσει θερμά όλους τους συγγενείς και φίλους για την αγάπη, τη στήριξη και την καλοσύνη τους σε αυτή τη δύσκολη στιγμή, καθώς και για την παρουσία τους ώστε να τιμήσουμε τη μνήμη της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας, Ελένης. Αντί για στεφάνια ή λουλούδια, θα εκτιμούσαμε τις εισφορές στη μνήμη της Ελένης για το Alzheimer’s Society.
