The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Bank has unanimously elected Irena Georgiadou to the post of Chairwoman.
In a press release posted on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website, the Bank announces that at a meeting held on Tuesday, the Board of Directors “became a body and elected unanimously Mrs. Irena Georgiadou as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”.
The new members of Hellenic Bank Board of Directors were ratified at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the bank on May 25.
No elections were needed since the number of candidates was equal to the number of positions to the Board.
