Goals galore at Market Road where Anothosis beat Olympia 4-3 that was to many great games in the past, for the the first 15 minutes Olympia really attacked the Anorthosis rear guard and wasted a couple of good chances and were punished when Anorthosis on the break caught Olympias defence on the hop and Adem Ali was there to sprint through to score and it was not long before Olympia equalised with a toe punt straight in from Lawrence Constanti.
Anorthosis retook the lead when Adem Ali curled in a shot from the edge of the box to give them a 2-1 lead but quickly again Olympia equalised with an Elia headed goal from a Furlonge cross.
Third goal came from a great run from Paul Yiannakas. Olympia’s 3rd goal a great individual run by Ricky Loucas and a class finish. Then there was a real climax when a penalty was awarded to Anorthosis but Paul Yiannaks hit the post but an absolute screamer of a goal in the last minute of added time from Adem Ali gave Anorthosis a vital win.
