Detectives investigating the theft of a car that contained two children from Kempe Road in Enfield on Saturday, 2 July have charged a man.
Martin Cawley, 19 (21.05.97) of no fixed address was charged on Wednesday, 20 July with kidnap, child abduction and aggravated taking and driving away.
He will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 21 July.
