Police are examining the sudden death of a 65-year-old British man in the Famagusta district. According to the authorities, the victim was found by his wife in an unconscious state at their home in between Paralimni and Protaras at around 1.00am on Monday.
He was rushed to Famagusta General Hospital by ambulance and confirmed dead on arrival. A preliminary autopsy showed no signs of foul play. A full autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday morning. Paralimni police station is examining the case.
