Paul Strank Roofing held a fantastic Charity Gala Fundraiser on Saturday 20th September 2014, from 7pm – 12am at the Bank of England Sports Centre in Priory Lane, Roehampton, in aid of two local children’s charities: Shooting Star CHASE and OneLife UK, raising a massive £64,677.64!
The fun filled black tie event was hosted by Christopher Biggins and included live entertainment throughout from the following artists; Upcoming artists Hannah May and Lizzy Williams, X Factor’s Johnny Robinson and Danyl Johnson, World Professional Dancers Mario and Julia, BGT’s Francine Lewis and was headlined by the amazing Johnny Partridge and Hayley Sanderson with his band Dames N Dudes.
Guests enjoyed a champagne reception, a delicious 3 course meal accompanied by speeches from both the wonderful charities as well as the Leader of Merton Council, Cllr Stephen Alambritis.
Other guests on the night included Theo Paphitis and his wife Debbie, Stavros Flatley, Lorraine Chase, Patti Russo, Tony Discipline, Petrie Hoskens, Jaqui Boatswain, Cheryl Fergison, TOWIE stars Chris Drake and Charlie King as well as the AFC Wimbledon Manager Neil Ardley.
The evening also featured a stunt from AFC Wimbledon where the world’s strongest footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa successfully bench pressed AFC’s pint-sized Commercial Director #Beastmode!
