President Nicos Anastasiades has concluded his official visit to the Holy See, during which he met with Pope Francis, at the Vatican, said an official press release, on Sunday.
During his visit to the Vatican, where he was accompanied by his spouse Andri Anastasiades, President Anastasiades also held a meeting with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Holy See.
The President was also accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Energy, the Government Spokesman, the Ambassador of the Republic to the Holy See, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Director of his Diplomatic Office.
President Anastasiades and his entourage return to Cyprus on Sunday night.
