A rogue landlord has been ordered to repay all of the £312,000 profit he made after illegally converting two family homes into self-contained flats.
Tasking Izzet, of Southgate, owned two properties in Hewitt and Burgoyne Roads on the Harringay Ladder that had been split into four and five self-contained flats, but ignored orders from Haringey Council’s planning department to convert them back into single dwellings
