Vasilis Karras needs no introduction – with his wonderfully unique, earthy, gravelly tone, he has arguably one of the most recognisable and celebrated voices in Greek music! With a back-catalogue of classic, timeless songs including “Den Pao Pouthena”, “Siga To Pragma” and “Opos Palia”, the music star now shares the first single “Rotas An S’eho Eroteftei” from his new album, due out in early April! I have a feeling this will be another firm favourite with his fans!
Ellie Kokkinou has unveiled a teaser trailer for her upcoming single release and accompanying music video “Na Tin Agapas”. The singer is keeping fans on tender hooks with anticipation revealing only a tiny excerpt of the song (composed by Christos Santikai and Gregoris Vaxavanelis) hinting at a mid-tempo laiko, and a mysterious video clip that promises an enigmatic storyline courtesy of director Vangelis Tsausopoulos. “Na Tin Agapas” will be officially released on 3rd April via Cobalt Music.
Christos Menidiatis
delivers his own spring offering with “Duo Dromoi”; an acoustic guitar lead laiko with an effervescent Latin flavour that gives it it’s seasonal bounce. Despite the contemplative nature of the lyrical narrative surrounding a conflicted heart, caught at a crossroads in a relationship of whether to stay or go – the uplifting feel of the music alludes to a sense of hope that maybe things will work out for the better whichever course of action he chooses.
