† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT – FUNERAL
Maritsa Haji Georgi
(from Milia, Famagusta, Cyprus)
We sadly announce the passing of our beloved mother Maritsa Haji Georgi
who passed away on Friday 9th August 2024, aged 95.
Maritsa came to England 1952 from Milia Famagusta where she met
and married our father Andreas from Gypsou.
She leaves behind her children Despo (Paula), Dimitri (Jimmy), Georgia and Valentina, her 9 grandchildren, Andy, Phodi, Lucy, Andreas, Christopher, Marisa, Fredrik, Christopher and Nikolas, 9 great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
The funeral will be on Tuesday 3rd September at Saint Mary’s Church,
Wood Green, Trinity Road, London N22 8LB, at 11:00am and the burial,
at New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, New Southgate N11 1JJ
at 12:30pm. The wake will be held at the hall of Saint Mary’s Church
Wood Green. Flowers to be delivered to Archangel Funerals by 4pm,
on Monday 2nd September.

Με θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας Μαρίτσας Χατζή Γεωργή που έφυγε από τη ζωή την Παρασκευή 9 Αυγούστου 2024, σε ηλικία 95 ετών. Η Μαρίτσα ήρθε στην Αγγλία το 1952 από τη Μηλιά Αμμοχώστου όπου γνώρισε και παντρεύτηκε τον πατέρα μας Ανδρέα από τη Γύψου.
Kαταλείπει τα παιδιά της Δέσπω (Πάολα), Δημήτρη (Τζίμυ), Γεωργία και Βαλεντίνα, τα 9 εγγόνια της, Άντιυ Φώτη, Λούση, Ανδρέα, Χριστόφορο, Μαρίσα, Φρέντρικ, Χριστόφορο και Νικόλα, 9 δισέγγονα, και πολλούς άλλους συγγενείς και φίλους.
Η κηδεία θα γίνει την Τρίτη 3 Σεπτεμβρίου στην εκκλησία της Παναγίας, Wood Green, Trinity Road, London N22 8LB, στις 11:00πμ και η ταφή, στο New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, New Southgate N11 1JJ στις 12:30μμ. Η παρηγοριά θα δοθεί στην αίθουσα της εκκλησίας της Παναγίας Wood Green. Λουλούδια προς αποστολή στο Archangel Funerals, στις 4μμ, τη Δευτέρα 2 Σεπτεμβρίου.
