Detectives have charged four men on Sunday, 13 December, following a police operation in Wood Green last week.
[A] Nathan Mason, 30 (15.4.85) of Vicarage Road, Tottenham, was charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, namely, to aid the escape of Izzet Eren and Erwin Amoyaw-Gyamfi from lawful custody, contrary to common law. He was also charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and driving a motor vehicle which had been taken without the consent of the owner;
[B] Gokay sogucakli, 19 (18.6.96) of the Roundway, Tottenham, was charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, namely, to aid the escape of Izzet Eren and Erwin Amoyaw-Gyamfi from lawful custody, contrary to common law. He was also charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and being carried in a motor vehicle which had been taken without the consent of the owner;
[C] Ozcan Eren, 31 (10.6.84) of Douglas Road, Wood Green, was charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, namely, to aid the escape of Izzet Eren and Erwin Amoyaw-Gyamfi from lawful custody, contrary to common law;
[D] Eren Hayser, 25 (26.6.90) of Kettering Road, Enfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, namely, to aid the escape of Izzet Eren and Erwin Amoyaw-Gyamfi from lawful custody, contrary to common law.
All four will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 14 December.
