A 13-year-old boy in the north lost his life on Friday near a shooting range in the area near Morphou.
Makhir Ismailov was found by his parents on Friday morning when they went looking for him as he had not been seen since the previous afternoon.
He was found in a pool of blood in an area where he appears to have gone to collect wild vegetables.
Sources say it was a military bomb and there are others who say that years ago the area was used as a firing range.
According to the police, an autopsy showed that the boy died from contact with an explosive.
