A two-day exhibition went on show the weekend at which plans to revamp Cockfosters town .
The plans for Cockfosters Green, near the tube station, include a new hotel and medical centre, new homes and apartments, and new shops and restaurant space.
Matthew Chillingworth, of Hermes Investment Management which is funding the scheme said: “The proposed development seeks to regenerate a tired town centre site, by joining the High Street to the Cockfosters Tube station on the southern side and by creating new public realm, centred around Cockfosters Green.”
