A young 13 year old girl is in Nicosia General hospital suffering from third degree burns that she recieved while trying to light the family home fireplace.
The incident occured yesterday in Paphos at around 4pm today Sunday November 25th 2018 the girl was first taken to Paphos Hospital then transfered to Nicosia General Hospital for further treatment.
Acoirding to the on duty doctor the 13 year old girl recieved burns to her face ,right arm and rear.
Her cobdition is stable.
There was also Fire and smoke damage to the rest of the house.
