Around €92,000 was stolen in an armed robbery on and Electricity Authority of Cyprus van in the centre of Nicosia, Tuesday.
Two men in a 4×4 rammed the EAC van, forcing it to stop Karpenisi Avenue shortly after 12:30.
The men, both armed, smahed the rear window of the van and took the cash before driving off.
