From fashion in the decor of your home or fashion in your clothing, what you choose will reflect your personality. This presents you and your mood status, with colour and also with chosen pieces of display items. Some people pay more attention to detail than others, and this often reflects their personality.
I myself am known for everything being of a sparkly or bold colour. It reflects my being of who I am. Not being phased or bothered of what others think of me. I like to make a statement always that I do what I like and will not conform to the standard. Obviously when I want to lay low and blend into the background, I can always dress in khaki or camouflage and take a walk in the outdoor greenery. My point is, that your choice in what you do, bounces and shines back how you are feeling at the time, and you should not be held back by what others may think or expect you to be.
In the past, many of us may have been brought up or have come across people who try to make us do or behave like others in a way that is acceptable. When one grows away from this and evolves into being their own personal being, it is often like a butterfly evolving and set free to fly. This should be you in mind and physical being to be you as one, and it should be allowed to be displayed with its beautiful bold uniqueness. So with all that in mind, allow it to be exhibited in your own unique choice in everything you wear or create.
Be creative in all you do to be your own person. Accessorize what you wear with simple steps. Turn that plain black, long or short dress with some distinctive jewellery, add a belt, scarf around the neckline or in your hair. It works for the males also who wear a black suit. One can tell a lot by a tie, shirt colour, shoe pattern or even a hat worn.
Wear something that you know, when you go out, there is no chance that someone else is wearing your character. Many people can buy the same items or products. What makes the difference is how they are worn, placed or displayed. We have all experienced a time when someone likes what another has and asks: “where did you find that” but when the other has purchased it, does it have the same impact if worn or placed in a different way? It will either do nothing or have no significance, or it will be exceptionally captivating and memorable. So whether people think you may appear over the top, eccentric, weird or whatever it is that makes you, you, have fun while you make your statement. Dress everything up on the outside to shine what mirrors the inside of your mind.
