The Ace appearing in only his fourth professional bout dominated his Polish born
opponent Robert Studzinski over the four rounds at London’ s York Hall saturday night that was televised Sky TV.
Already known as a boxer who can seamlessly switch between orthodox and south
paw style, he had his experienced opponent struggling as early as the first
round. Showing a very solid jab, Evangelou connected very heavily with quality
straight punches.
In Rounds two and three Evangelou continued to showcase his range of punches and
comfortable won both rounds.
The final round though Evangelou stepped up the pace and his opponent had no
reply for the power and tenacity that the Ace showed as he hunted him down
seeking a knockout. Evangelou ended the fight with Studzinski taking heavy
punches trapped against the ropes.
The bell sounded with the referee raising Evangelou’s arm in victory. Winning
the bout by 40 points to 36, he had won every round.
