The man who took the bag is described as a black man of dark skin tone, in his 20s and around 5ft 8ins tall. He was wearing a grey hooded top.

The second man is described as a black man of a lighter completion with stubble, in his 20s and around 6ft tall. He was wearing a hooded top which was pulled tight around his face.
