Police are appealing for information and witnesses to come forward following a serious assault in Enfield.
At around 00:45hrs on Saturday, 1 September, a 55-year-old man was discovered unconscious at the Trent Park Country Club in Bramley Road, N14.
He was taken to a north London hospital and then transferred to an east London hospital where he was discovered to have sustained a fractured skull and bleeds on the brain.
CCTV enquiries established the male had been assaulted at the venue.
A 44-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and charged on 6 September with GBH. He will appear at Wood Green Crown court on 19 October.
The victim remains in the care of the hospital while he continues to recover from his injuries.
