Omonia achieved their first victory of the league season with a 4-1 victory over Aris Limassol on Monday night at the Alphamega Stadium. They did not have to wait long for a goal which was scored in the 5th minute by Lois Dioni for Omonia and followed by a second goal for the Nicosia team in the 49th minute, from Lubomir Satka. The only goal for Aris was scored in the 53rd minute by Rodi Efague. A few minutes later, in the 57th, Dioni followed with the third goal for Omonia. In the 74th minute, Luke Brouwers scored the fourth goal for the Nicosia team.
The match between Pafos FC and Olympiacos Nicosia ended in a 0-0 draw In the 59th minute of the match at “Stelios Kyriakides”, Moumi Nikolas Engamaleou sent the ball into the Olympiacos net, but the goal was disallowed after a VAR check.

Apollon celebrated its first victory in the Cyprus League this season , defeating Anorthosis 3-1 on Saturday night at the “Alphamega” stadium. Ozbolt scored two goals for the Limassol team while Rodriguez scored the other goal. For Anorthosis, Kiko temporarily equalized from the penalty spot. Apollon reached four points in the championship while Anorthosis remains without a point in their first two matches. Omonia Aradippou defeated Krasava E.N.Y. 2-1 and and now has four points in the championship. Omonia 29s drew with Karmiotissa 2-2.
