The August invitational tournament got underway this year and was played at Brickendon Golf club.
The rain stopped long enough for the members who turned up to play golf in dry sunny conditions.
The course was in excellent condition and the committee decided that this will now be a future fixture.
The winner was Alex Adams with 38 points. 2nd was the captain’s son, Harry Philippou and 3rd was Gill Kyriacou with 36 points. Nearest the pin was Louis Tsioupra.
