A man of 37 from the Famagusta area was remanded in custody by Larnaca Court Thursday, accused of abducting and raping a 9-year-old boy on August 1.He is also accused of assaulting police officers. He will be tried on February 21. He also faces accusations of sexual harassment of under age boys in Nicosia and was on bail for those charges when the alleged abduction and rape occurred.
