The award winning British photo-journalist Cheryl Newman will be running a photography masterclass in Paphos in June as part of the celebrations leading up to Pafos2017.
Ms Newman, who was Director of Photography for the Daily Telegraph magazine from 2001 until 2016, will be running the masterclass in collaboration with fellow photojournalist, Laura Hynd, at the Stass Paraskos Cyprus College of Art’s Lempa campus from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June 2016.
This workshop is aimed at amateur, student and professional photographers who may have a good understanding of their practice, but would like to push themselves creatively and personally. The focus will be on creative rather than news photography, with the ultimate goal being to use photography as a medium for self-expression.
The cost of the masterclass is 745 euro and the language of instruction will be in English.
