The annual event honouring the memory of the late UK Cypriot businessman Christos Lazari took place on 4 October in his birthplace, Dora, in the Limassol district.
The celebration was held in the village square, which bears his name and was built with the generous support of the Lazari family.
Friends, including many who travelled from the UK, joined village residents and invited guests for an evening of food, music and dancing. Among those attending was former President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiades.
Guests enjoyed complimentary food and drinks, with live entertainment from the Tsahouridis brothers.
In a welcoming address, Dora’s community leader thanked the Lazari family for their continued support of the annual event, which brings people together to celebrate Christos Lazari’s life and legacy.
