A 41-year-old Moldovan woman claims she was sexually assaulted by her Cypriot employer while working as a waitress at a Larnaca hotel from March 2013 to August 2015.
Police said the victim complained to the authorities at Kofinou station on Tuesday afternoon.
She alleges that while working in a hotel her 54-year-old Greek Cypriot boss sexually harassed her.
It is thought that the harassment was verbal but on two separate cases she claims she was indecently assaulted in a sexual manner.
Police arrested the suspect on Tuesday evening on suspicion of sexual harassment.
