President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiades had a telephone call with the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, on the agenda of the upcoming EU leaders Summit next week, as the later announced on Twitter.
The two men had a productive exchange of views Government Spokesman Prodromos Prodromou wrote on his twitter account.
President Anastasiades and President Tusk “had aproductive exchange of views regarding the agenda of next EU Council meeting”, he twitted. Prodromou also wrote that President Anastasiades “reiterated the importance of the EU Council’s support to Republic of Cyprus sovereign rights”.
