“Due to the tragic incident in Karystos, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis contacted the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, and agreed that tomorrow’s scheduled official visit of the Prime Minister to Cyprus should be postponed for the next days,” a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Press Office reads.
Greek Prime Minister’s visit to Cyprus, scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed after the crash on Tuesday of a Canadair firefighting aircraft in Karystos.
