Atromitos held leader AEK at home on Sunday, resulting in a three-way tie at the top of the Super League with the easy wins by Olympiakos and PAOK.
In one of the season’s most attractive games, AEK drew 2-2 at Atromitos, with both teams enjoying the lead and neither securing victory at Peristeri.
Atromitos led with Makis Mitoglou, Luka Jovic scored a brace to put AEK ahead before Samuel Moutoussamy grabbed a point for the hosts.
PAOK made the most of Levadiakos’ poor form to beat it 3-0 in Toumba. Taison, Alexander Jeremejeff and Dimitris Hatsidis were on target for the Thessaloniki giant.
Olympiakos had Abdul El Kaabi to thank for his scoring genius that led the Reds to a 3-0 road win over OFI. The Moroccan international netted the champions’ first couple of goals, before Christos Mouzakitis wrapped it up with a late penalty kick.
Panathinaikos fielded a second-string team against visiting Panetolikos and conceded a goalless draw at the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium, four days before its return game at Betis for the Europa League.
In other weekend games, Larissa and Asteras Tripolis drew 1-1, Panserraikos could not beat 10-man Aris at home (0-0), and Kifissia defeated Volos 2-0.
