Grays Athletic travelled to take on second bottom Haringey Borough. Athletic had only two wins from ten despite some improved performances, whilst Borough had gone seven matches without a win and started the weekend five points from safety. Grays won two-nil when the sides met at Chadfields, and they went ahead at Coles Park eight minutes into the second half, Samir Ali the scorer- but Borough were soon level courtesy of Matthew Young. Three minutes into added time the hosts were awarded a penalty, and finally they got a little luck, David Olufemi scoring to give them a two-one win and to lift them to within two points of safety.
