Omonia Youth played Radlett FC a match in memory of Philip Philippou who tragically died recently.Philip was the Chairman of the company Stef and Philips who sponsor Omonia Youth.
The match took place at New River Stadium in Wood Green.

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that we announce the death of our beloved Philip Philippou who died in a tragic road accident on Tuesday 25 August 2026 at the age of 65.
He leaves behind his wife, son, daughter, daughter in law and three grandsons. Philip was a truly devoted family man who loved his family endlessly and with his whole heart. His family was his world, and everything he did was for those he loved. He will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.
The funeral will take place on Friday 11th September, at 11am, at St Mary’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral (Panayia), 22 Trinity Road, Wood Green, N22 8LB. This will be followed by a burial at 2pm at Trent Park Cemetery, Cockfosters, EN4 0DZ. The wake will take place at Layali Lounge, Trent Park, Bramley Road, N14 4UW.
