The UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy Jane Holl Lute spoke with the UK Foreign Minister Wendy Morton on Tuesday, ahead of next month’s informal 5-plus-1 talks on Cyprus.
As Mrs Morton wrote on Twitter, the discussion was about the UN preparation for the talks.
“Ahead of UN talks on the Cyprus Settlement, the UK continues to press the importance of flexibility & compromise to find common ground on a way forward,” added the UK Minister for the European Neighbourhood.
