One police officer was bitten and another bruised when they tried to deport an illegal alien to Pakistan Monday.
They had taken the man, Hamid is Zarar, onto a Gulf Air flight for the deportation when he began struggling and banging his head on the seat cushion.
One officer was bitten on the thumb and index finger while the other received bruises as they restrained him. The captain refused to take the Pakistani any further and the man was taken to a detention centre.
