LARNACA – An earthquake measuring 5,4 points on the Richter scale was recorded late on Friday around the sea area of Larnaca. It caused no damages.
The Geological Department said on Saturday that the epicentre of the quake was 70 kilometres south east of Larnaca and was felt both in Larnaca and nearby Lebanon.
There is no cause for concern, meteorologists have also said.
