If you need assistance a customer centre has been opened at the Freehold Community Centre on Alexandra Road.
The Finchley Lido Leisure Centre is also providing hot showers for those residents who have been affected.

What has happened?
On Sunday 12 January 2025, our teams were called to an incident in the N10 area of London. Water has entered our gas network and is blocking the flow of gas into local properties.
Our priority right now is restoring the gas supply as quickly and as safely as we can.
