The man took several items including cash, a mobile phone and a travel card before boarding a southbound Victoria line train.

PC Eric Anang said: “I am keen to speak to anyone who many have witnessed the incident or to anyone in the area at the time. I am also keen to speak to the man in the CCTV image as I believe he may hold information that could help us in the investigation. The victim was left shaken and traumatised, but is being fully supported by officers. Thankfully this is a rare and isolated incident.”
