A man has been charged following an investigation into attacks on two 12-year-old girls in the Lower Edmonton area.
Apedelrazak Badram – 32 (23.02.83) from Enfield, EN1 was charged on Friday, 29 January with:
– two offences under Section 3 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003;
– one offence under Section 6 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003;
– two counts of impersonating a police officer;
– two counts of breaching a sexual offences prevention order;
– false imprisonment;
– possession of class B drugs;
– theft.
He will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (30 January).
The two separate attacks happened on 27 January; one in Sandhurst Road, N9 and one in Shirley Grove, N9.
