A 25-year-old man has been charged following a racist incident on a Route 149 bus travelling through Haringey on 15 October.
Kashif Samuels, 25 (15.03.90) of Duffield Drive, Tottenham has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence and will appear in custody before Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on 26 October.
