Detectives investigating the murder of Hidir Aksakal, the 53-year-old man whose body was found in Epping Forest, have charged a man with his murder.
[B] Remzi Akguc – 40 (16.01.75) of Margery Street, WC1 was charged on 25 September with the murder of Hidir Aksakal. He will appear in custody at Redbridge Magistrates’ Court on 26 September.
[A] A 22-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of murder, has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in late October.
The murder investigation was launched after the body of Mr Aksakal was found close to Hollows Pond at approximately 19:05hrs on 9 September.
